Event: New Orleans School of Cooking

Meet: The New Orleans School of Cooking - 02/15/2014 at 10:40 a.m. - Pre-cruise

Organized by: Karen Raiche (glassbeagles)

About the event: Hi all, I realize not all of you will be in New Orleans on Saturday morning but I am arranging a private cooking demonstration at the New Orleans School of Cooking at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. The cost will be $25.00 per person and will include three courses, soup, entrée, dessert and drinks (coffee, iced tea, lemonade, beer (Abita Amber)) along with some great entertainment!! If you are available we would love to have you join us. Both Don & Jackie and Bill & I have had the pleasure of attending one of their cooking demonstrations classes, it is a great experience. (http://www.neworleansschoolofcooking.com/)
It is my intention to collect the demonstration fees $25.00 and tip $5.00 prior to the event in order pay any deposits and to make one final payment when it is due. Once I have the minimum numbers I will make arrangement to collect the fees. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at theraiches@yahoo.com
At this time there are 14 people attending, we need a minimum of 25 people for a private demonstration class which means we need 11 more people for form a class but can accommodate up to 31 additional people in the class. If we can't come up with the minimum I will then arrange for us to join one of the established demonstration classes.
