Meet your Cruise Buddies!

2015-09-06 - Princess - Royal

Welcome to your sailing! The list of your fellow cruisers is below.

You can post to tell others that the URL is: https://is.gd/crfels

You should read INNOCENTS ABROAD because it's the best travel book ever:
  • it's all about cruising.
  • it's about the very first cruise out of America
  • it's hilarious.
  • it's amazing how much it sounds like a modern-day cruise.
  • it's still a great travel guide and one of the most popular travel books.
  • the illustrations are great (you want all the illustrations!), and this is the only fully illustrated edition.
  • this edition is specially expanded for cruisers, with extended information about the cruise ship and photos.

You'll love it. Here's how to get it:

From: Stockton, CA
Cabin: B435
Pre cruise: 9/4/15. Probably just crash the first day. London Heathrow Marriott. The Pheasant Inn is on our bucket list for 9/5/15. Will catch the International Friends shuttle, with a stop at Stonehenge for our transfer down to Southampton cruise terminal 9/6.
Post cruise: 9/21/15 just the short City Tour and boat cruise before transfer to FLL and flight back to the West Coast.
Excursions: As above, plus level E half day tours most places but Rotterdam. Considering taking the 1 hour train there into Amsterdam Central. For Le Havre/Normandy. I only wish we could do Mont Saint-Michel or Paris. Mobility impaired private tours are hard to come by, it would seem.

About: Casey: A Registered Nurse with 34 years experience, now develop new recipes for our own small line of handmade soaps and lotions. Hobbies include reading, lapidary, writing, (940 articles at Epinions.com plus 1 published short story in an e-anthology), container gardening and spoiling our 2 large dogs and 2 rescue cats. In my spare time I also enjoy designing log home floor plans and compiling vacation photo books.
Richard: devoted St. Louis Rams' fan, I have turned guest bedroom into my Man Cave with hundreds of NFL mini helmets, team jerseys and caps. Like to relax with our 2 beautiful dog daughters and listen to Country music channels or watch comedies. I was a professional cook and caterer's assistant for many years, then more recently drove 18 wheelers, my favorite being Costco deliveries. Originally from Whittier, CA.
